All Audrey dreams of is seeing a real tree. So her admirer, Ted, decides that it is his life's goal to make that happen. Ted has learned from his grandmother that there is only one man who lives just outside of town who can help him to accomplish his goal, The Once-ler. So Ted sets out on an adventure to find out, not only about the Once-ler's story, but about himself.
This film uses beautiful bright colors and music that will hold your child's music throughout. Just like many other Dr. Seuss stories, the subject matter is much more than playful children's rhymes.
It is a stroke of genius that the the producers chose to make this particular Dr. Seuss story into a movie that encourages environmental conservation and moderation for children and their parents.
So far, this is the best children's movie of the year.
